1. Select firmware file (.bin)

The current ID is auto-detected from a fixed location (byte offset 0x1A000) used consistently across 1506T/F/G/TV/HV firmware — it's shown as an editable field so you can correct it if your file's ID isn't stored there (a few builds use a different flash layout or leave it blank). The tool then searches the whole file for that exact 6-byte value; if it appears more than once (some firmwares keep a backup copy), you can replace a single occurrence or all of them at once. Always keep a backup of the original file before flashing.
