Detect and replace the Customer ID / version code in ALi3510C ABS firmware.
Works with ALi3510C .abs firmware. This is usually what causes a "no match" / "wrong file" error during a USB upgrade — the receiver checks this exact code before allowing the update. Upload your file and this tool automatically finds the code stored in the firmware's commondata and Sys Data section headers, shows it, and lets you replace it with a new value of the exact same length. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; this runs entirely in your browser.
Matching the customer-ID text is not enough by itself — the receiver's bootloader also checks a hardware-tied key (DefTurnRoundKey). If you have a dump read back from the receiver you're flashing, upload it here and the tool will: (1) warn you if this firmware is built for a different hardware revision, and (2) offer to carry over this receiver's own HDCPKey/TurnRoundKey so its HDCP/CAM pairing isn't destroyed.
NCRC-tagged commondata/Sys Data section headers — it's shown as an editable field so you can correct it if your file doesn't follow the standard layout. The tool updates both copies together and keeps everything else — file size, all other sections — unchanged (except the optional key-preservation described above). If the layout can't be validated, the tool refuses instead of guessing an offset. Always keep a backup of the original file before flashing.
